Q: "How can I mount the case fan with the rubber fan mounts on my PC case?"

A: "First pull the long part of all 4 rubber fan mounts through the 4 mounting holes of the fan." 

"Then pull the short part of the rubber fan mount through the 4 mounting holes of the PC case;"

Q: "After installing the fan moves a bit and stops right away. Is the fan defect?"

A: "It can be that the impeller has come off during delivery. So, please check if the impeller has correctly positioned . If not, please push the center of the impeller until you hear a "click".
